In 2011, MIchael was agent for the property we bought and are now selling. He met us at short notice to show the property. A friend also recommended him to us. Michael has been involved with selling smilar small holdings, and had a good data base of potential buyers. He prepared an attractive dossier with Scott’s aerial photos and his own internal shots, carefully worded by Tracey. Michael communicated regularly during the prepara¬tion period (for ads) and arranged some client visits previous to open days, giving helpful advice on home presentation.
